You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5. AI-Powered Features
Job Farm may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to:
- Analyse resumes
- Recommend jobs
- Generate career insight data
- Improve user experiences
AI-generated recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee employment outcomes. AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and Job Farm is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Post false or misleading information
- Impersonate others
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Interfere with platform operations
- Scrape or harvest platform data without authorization
- Circumvent security measures
- Use bots or automation improperly
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
- Infringe intellectual property rights
7. Employment Disclaimer
Job Farm is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter of record, or guarantor of employment outcomes. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, employment placement, internships, salary levels, or accuracy of job listings. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring practices and decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including logos, branding, software, designs, text, graphics, AI systems, databases, and features — is owned by Job Farm, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, sell, license, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, employer portals, or partner services. Job Farm is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, transactions, or external services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment or subscription fees. By purchasing paid Services, you agree to provide valid payment information, that fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and that subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please contact team@jobfarm.co with a description of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB FARM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB FARM, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EMPLOYMENT LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOB FARM IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Job Farm, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or legal compliance. Users may stop using the Services at any time.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Arbitration
At Job Farm's discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law. Users waive rights to jury trials, class actions, or collective proceedings.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Services with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
